Simple Stocks Data API provides market-data endpoints (historical prices, financial statements, earnings estimates). The Service is for software development, analytics, and research. We are not a broker or exchange and do not provide investment advice or trading signals.

3. Accounts & billing

Access and billing are handled via RapidAPI. Your use is also subject to RapidAPI’s terms and billing policies.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service to provide regulated financial services, trading execution, or advice.
• Do not resell raw responses without permission.
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Availability & changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue endpoints with reasonable notice where possible.

Data is provided “as is” for informational purposes. We make no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
